SuedeX is closing down.
After careful consideration, we have decided to bring SuedeX (formerly Suede Hosting) to a close. Your service will continue uninterrupted, but action is required from you before the closing date.
What happens next
20i is taking over all customer accounts directly. You will receive an email from 20i within the next week containing a secure migration link.
Click the link, follow the prompts, and your account, website and email will be moved across automatically. There is nothing for you to set up beforehand.
Your first three months with 20i are free, giving you time to decide whether to stay or explore other hosting options.
Prefer to handle the transfer yourself? You can still sign in at hub.suedex.com and manage it directly.
Important: act before 10 June
If you do not complete the migration by 10 June 2026, your website and email will go offline. The process takes only a few minutes once you receive the email.
Beware of fraudulent emails
The genuine email from 20i will arrive within the next week. Ignore any email claiming to be from 20i before then, as fraudulent emails impersonating 20i have circulated previously. If you are unsure whether an email is genuine, contact us first.
